Amber Rose Insists She Owns LA Strip After They Slammed Her With Lawsuit

Amber Rose is undaunted by the lawsuit filed against her by the current owners of popular Los Angeles strip club Ace of Diamonds.
Recall that the drama started after Amber bragged about buying the Los Angeles club while receiving the Vanguard Award at the All Def Movie Awards for her Slut Walk. Yesterday, a company called SKWS Enterprises, which claimed it is the owner of the famous club, described her comment as “unequivocally false” and slammed her with a $1m lawsuit.
However, Amber Rose insists she wasn’t lying at all.
According to TMZ, the show host has provided documents confirming she “formed a corporation called Ace of Diamonds, Inc. and back in December filed for a trademark on the name, as well as the abbreviation ‘AoD’.” The document adds that the trademark will be for “entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances” and “gentlemen’s clubs featuring exotic dancing.”
Though, the documents haven’t been stamped by the court, Amber rose is so sure that she will get it, and this explains why she bragged about buying over the club. Plus, she is opening a new location in a month and a half, and will open for customers on Mondays, just like the current club does.
Clearly, there is an ownership issue which is putting Amber and the current owners at loggerheads. Perhaps the current owners never knew that she already bought the club from the original owners?
